Pricing does not include travel. Travel over 30 minutes is billed at $40/30 min or a pre-arranged flat rate.

Sound Healing
A deeply restorative session using sound to support relaxation and energetic balance. Sound can also be integrated into any Reiki session (see pricing above).
1.5 hour sound session only: $185
Yoga
Private Sessions
Private yoga for individuals or small groups. Sessions can be personalized for you/your group to maximize your experience. Carolyn is an E-RYT 200 and YACEP-certified Yoga Alliance provider.

Holy Fire® III Reiki Training
Carolyn offers immersive Reiki training at every level, from Level I through Karuna Reiki® Master. She follows ICRT curriculum enhanced with inspired meditations, sound sessions, and more to amplify your experience. EVERYONE can learn to practice Reiki.

Wellness Coaching
Carolyn has been a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) since 2017, bringing evidence-informed, advanced coaching skills to support you in achieving your wellness goals. Inspired by your individual life aspiration, purpose, or mission, your goals for behavior change will be set in categories of your choice:

Carolyn is continuously expanding her skills with required continuing education activities, ensuring the highest level of coaching.
